Jennifer Mancera’s practice primarily focuses on employment-related matters.

Prior to practicing law, Jennifer Mancera spent many years managing operations and human resource management— implementing and enforcing policy and procedures, responding to employee complaints, managing union contracts, and managing the day-to-day needs of businesses.

With more than 15 years of experience in operations and human resource management, Jennifer Mancera has been a valued partner to many businesses and non-profit organizations.

With her hands-on experience, Jennifer Mancera can relate to the daily challenges and difficulties that arise when applying California’s laws in the workplace.

EDUCATION

Jennifer Mancera earned her J.D. from Monterey College of Law and has an M.B.A. with high honors from Golden Gate University.
