Attorney Eric Milliken thrives as an attorney because of his love and passion for his job. He has chosen his profession and area of law deliberately to surround himself with smart, ambitious people who want to change the world.

EXPERIENCE: Milliken served as the Executive Vice President of Soltech Solar, he also worked as a Compliance Officer Centurion Alliance. Milliken’s unique practice is driven by his years of experience working in all aspects of businesses, from formation, business development, funding negotiations, SEC compliance, contract negotiations and legal services.

Rachel Fischbein, Of Counsel

Attorney Rachel Fischbein specializes in assisting creative startups as they build the foundations of their companies and navigate contractual relationships.  She has been published by Women 2.0 and Young, Fabulous, & Self- Employed Magazine.

Ms. Fischbein is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was awarded a High Tech Excellence Award and represented the law school in national tech transaction competitions.  She was profiled in the Spring 2015 Santa Clara University School of Law magazine’s “Success in the City” article as a top 5 alumni to watch.

Prior to law school, Ms. Fischbein earned Bachelors of Science from Woodbury University in Fashion Marketing. She also attended UC Berkeley for Legal Studies courses.

Ms. Fischbein is a director of PeoplewearSF, a nonprofit supporting the Bay Area apparel industry. She frequently presenter on topics such as the legal issues of social media and email marketing, privacy law and wearables, and intellectual property rights of jewelry and apparel.
